GENERAL CONTRACTOR VS. CALIFORNIA HOTEL DEVELOPER.

Geoff McConnell and Jeff Sykes represented an Idaho general contractor in a California state court dispute regarding delays, delay damages and counterclaims for defective work by a West Coast hotel developer. After a lengthy jury trial, judgment was entered in favor of general contractor for all amounts sought, including direct and indirect delay damages.
