ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (EPCM) AGREEMENT.

Drawing on years of experience negotiating and drafting construction agreements and project documentation, Rick Stacey crafted a cost plus EPCM Agreement for the construction of a $250+ million food processing facility. As there are no comprehensive forms for EPCM agreements, much of this agreement had to be drafted from scratch. His work also included lengthy negotiations on behalf of our client with a national engineering and construction firm.
